Monashee Web Design is a one-person web design business based in the North Okanagan, BC. This page explains what information I collect when you use this site and what I do with it. The short version: I only collect what you send me, and I don't sell it or share it with anyone.

What I collect

The only personal information this site collects is what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, and message. That's it. I don't run advertising or third-party tracking.

How your message is handled

The contact form is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party service that delivers the submission to my email inbox. Your details pass through their system on the way to me. I use what you send only to reply to your inquiry and, if we work together, to communicate about your project.

Hosting

This site is hosted on Netlify. Like most web hosts, Netlify keeps basic server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and to keep the site running. I don't have access to anything in those logs that identifies you personally.

Cookies and analytics

This site doesn't set tracking cookies and doesn't use analytics tools to follow you around the web.

Data Retention

I keep emails from the contact form for as long as I need them to answer you or manage our work together. If you'd like me to delete your information, just ask.

Your choices

You can ask me what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email me and I'll take care of it.
